As per contract, Dhaka Phone will provide 1000 post paid connections with wireless phones for telecommunications usage in every single Apartment of Rupayan Town (Bhuigar) and their offices. Dhaka Phone along with internal telecommunication services also offer NWD, E-ISD/ISD, Mobile and all sorts of PSTN services.

An interconnection agreement has been signed between AKTEL and Dhaka Telephone in the city recently. Under the agreement, AKTEL and Dhaka Telephone will have access to each other's network.
