Dhaka Telephone Company Limited (DTCL) is one of the pioneer Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) operator in Bangladesh and has continued its progress throughout the country including the capital city where potential customers are clustered around. DTCL was launched commercially in the mid of 2006 and managed to reach a significant number of subscribers as of today & continued to offer very attractive packages to sustain its leading position in PSTN sector.
