In terms of technology and infrastructure so far developed DTCL is very much compatible to adapt 3^rd Generation (3G) technology. Accordingly side by side it plans to:

a. Establish Strategic Alliance to share the infrastructure if possible by adopting Virtual Network Operator (VNO)

b. Increase the capacity by adopting 3G technology to serve 250,000 more subscribers.

DTCL also have the plans to acquire necessary licenses being planned by the Government to issue for ICX, IGW, IIG and such other related field of Telco Industry.
